About Us

First Baptist Church of Aurora, MO exists for the sole purpose of serving and glorifying God in our community and world. We strive to accomplish this by spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ through regular Bible study, teaching, fellowship, and prayer. Also worship through music and preaching and serving our community in various ways.

We enjoy both traditional and contemporary music in our services. We also have special presentations on occation from the choir and other special music.

The Word of God is preached from our pulpit, with an emphasis on reaching the lost for Christ.

We host the ABC Preschool, which has earned a reputation in the community and area public school system for excellence in both spiritual and educational early training.

We thrive when we have see God working by bringing in new people into our fellowship. Our greatest joy is to see another soul won for Christ, which is another victory for the Kingdom of God.
